Sr. Credit Underwriter - Commercial
Supports relationship managers and Senior Credit Officer by providing credit analyses, risk assessment and underwriting of both new and existing credit commitments to customers of the bank. Also conducts credit servicing (monitoring and review of periodic financial statements, covenant compliance certificates, etc.) on existing customer relationships.
The Portfolio Manager’s (PM) primary focus is to support the Healthcare Team in managing all aspects of the credit related functions involved in servicing healthcare portfolio. Primary duties and responsibilities include preparing screening memos/CQ memos, providing credit quality oversight, risk grade management, covenant compliance, coordinating loan / line renewals, coordination of the loan documentation process and collateral tracking process consistent with the goals, standards and guidelines of CapStar Bank. This position requires significant customer contact (written, phone, and in-person) and in addition to credit related duties, the PM will assist the Healthcare Team in cross-selling to existing customer relationships and may support new customer acquisition efforts through joint calling with the Healthcare Team Leader and Healthcare Team.
Mortgage Loan Officer
Green Hills-Farmington Mortgage
The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for marketing of CapStar mortgage products to prospective customers, real estate agents and other referral resources. Individual will manage the borrower through the entire loan process; data collection, qualification, product selection and loan closing.
Mortgage Post Closer-CRE
The Mortgage Post Closer-CRE is responsible for gathering and delivering information and documents to the secondary market for certain loan pools. Works closely with broker and investors to assist with timely sale and transfer of loans. Assist and provide support to other Loan Operations personnel.
Financial Services Representative - Floater
Provide superior customer care while servicing daily transactions and addressing inquiries. Requires effective problem resolution in accordance to CapStar Policy and Procedures. Ability to refer customers to the appropriate business partner as client needs are discovered.
The Financial Services Representative - Floater travels between financial centers to help with branch coverage.
Responsible for selling a full range of banking products and services to existing and prospective clients. Provide premier and specialized client service to attract and retain customers. Ability to service daily transactions, address and resolve client inquiries.
