CapStar Online Banking
FNB will be in inquiry only mode and display static balances as of November 13 beginning at 5 p.m. on November 13 and until November 16.
After 9 a.m. on November 16, visit www.capstarbank.com and locate the Online Banking Login box at the top right of the home page. Follow the instructions in the merger booklet to login.
CapStar Online Bill Pay
Your existing payees and scheduled or recurring payments to companies and banks should still appear. Please review your payees under the Online Bill Pay tab in Online Banking for completeness and accuracy. If you have payees to a person(s), these payees will not convert to Bill Pay and will need to be set up under People Pay beginning November 16. For your convenience, we advise you to make a note of these payees before November 13.
CapStar Mobile App
The FNB mobile app will be disabled at 5 p.m. on Friday, November 13 and mobile banking service will be unavailable over the weekend. Prior to your initial login to CapStar Mobile Banking, you must follow the steps listed in the merger booklet to login to Online Banking and establish a new password after 9 a.m. on Monday, November 16.
Your User ID and new password can then be used to login to the new CapStar Mobile Banking app. Simply visit your App or Google Play store to download the CapStar Pocket Passport Mobile App. Delete the old FNB app from your device.
CapStar Debit Cards
If you are an existing First National Bank debit card holder, there will be no disruption in your debit card service and you will continue to use your existing FNB debit card until a new CapStar debit card is issued next year.
CapStar Telephone Banking
Your new Telephone Banking number is 1-866-777-9299 and will be available beginning at 9 a.m. on November 16. Follow the instructions in the merger booklet to access Telephone Banking and reset your PIN.
