Lee leads CapStar’s Commercial Real Estate lending team. His expertise is in the acquisition, construction or refinancing of all kinds of commercial property including apartments, retail, industrial, office buildings and hotels. Look for CapStar’s name on the signage for construction projects that are underway around the city. That’s thanks to Lee and his team. They understand all the intricacies of property development and types of loans that can get the job done, providing guidance if needed about the best way to structure the deal and get it underway.
Born and raised in Nashville, Lee loves the people and the culture of the city, and is grateful that those things haven’t changed during its recent growth and prosperity. He’s a sports guy—a golfer and a runner who follows college and professional sports. But his favorite thing is meeting new people. So if you see a tall friendly guy at a Preds or Titans game, ask him if CapStar is the financial muscle behind that new construction you’ve been watching. That big grin means, Yes, we are!
Jason Adams is a Relationship Manager for Commercial Real Estate division. He started at CapStar as a CRE underwriter, bringing several years of experience handling CRE deals. He has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from the University of Miami, Florida.
Jason’s office is in the Brentwood Financial Center, but he’ll go anywhere to look at a building—or a set of plans.
Tracy loves being a part of the Commercial Real Estate process and takes satisfaction from being part of a commercial investment team. She knows her way around CRE, having started her career as an analyst in the Income Properties Department with Fleet Real Estate Capital. She was a loan officer for Mellon Mortgage Company before being promoted to Manager of Commercial Mortgage Production at First Southern Mortgage Corp.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics with a major in Management from Lipscomb University and has a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute in Chicago. She has served in numerous board positions with the local CCIM chapter and created and chaired its annual Economic Outlook event. She is a member of Mortgage Bankers Association of America and has chaired the board of Women in Commercial Real Estate. Tracy loves the energy, friendly people and generosity that animate the Nashville spirit.
Tracy volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and Komen Central Tennessee. When she’s not volunteering or closing CRE deals, she enjoys going to concerts, spending time with friends and family and hiking with her dog Murphy--who also enjoys exploring CRE construction sites.
Chris provides loans on a coast-to-coast basis for triple net leased, investment-grade, commercial real estate properties. His 33-year banking career is extensive, leading to his founding this national business in Carmel, Ind., where he is a leader in the local community as well as the net lease income-property lending community.
He was formerly Vice Chairman of Giving Tree Food Pantry and Ministry, serving more than 1,000 every month in Indiana’s Hamilton County. He treasures time with his family and is reminded daily via a small sign on his desk to “Live so that when your children hear the words fairness and integrity, they think of you.”
